Join us to learn how to make a holiday-themed charcuterie board with an Italian flair.  Alyssa Martinez of Only Boards in Lodi will guide us through the process.  Each guest will receive a palm leaf board for two plus:

• Five different cheeses
• One meat
• Fresh and dried fruits
• Nuts
• Something sweet
• Olives and pickled vegetables
• Floral and herb garnishments
• Three different types of carbs and all the compliments
• A box to take your board home

Class size is limited to 20 guests
